How is my final price calculated?
Your final price depends on the volume of items, the distance travelled, access at both ends (stairs, parking, lift) and any extras you add. We confirm an exact figure after a quick, free survey — either in person or over a video call — before you book anything.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Most bookings are confirmed with a small deposit, with the balance due on moving day. We'll always agree this with you in writing before your date is locked in.
What if my move takes longer than expected?
If a move looks like it will run over the estimated time, we let you know before continuing so there are no surprises. Extra time is billed at the same hourly rate used in your original quote.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — you can cancel or move your date free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked slot. Just call or email us and we'll sort out a new date.
